I Want To Be The Only One Working On My Films

A major film production is made by so many different people with different jobs, but I don't make major productions, I make micro-budget films. So I only have very limited resources and I'm happy with it! I'm a creative-type and a money-saver. A major studio may hire a producer, editor, cinematographer and a director of photography, but I would rather be in charge of production, editing, video and the film's look because I have a big imagination, though I'm sure there will come a time someone else will be the producer. A major studio may hire a whole team of animators, but since my animation is just stop-motion and paper cut-outs, I'm in charge of the animation. And a major studio may hire use big fancy cameras to film and edit the movie, but I would rather do what I've known since I played with a camcorder and Windows Movie Maker. Now I will say, I do most of the voice acting for my films, but I cringe when I look back at my voice imitations on my 3DS, not...

My Dream In Game Development

Image
For Christmas 2021, I got Game Builder Garage for Nintendo Switch because I decided that filmmaking wasn't my only goal in life, but also game development. I made several mini games on Game Builder Garage and I gotta say, it was quite a nifty tool for learning about standard coding. Fast forward to 2024, I found out about Gdevelop after a few game engine installations that I thought I would like but was like "nah". I made three mini games, two are available to play online and one is the beta for my dream platformer. Here are the links to the games. gd.games/cheezymacbowl/my-super-fun-game- gd.games/cheezymacbowl/milkshake-madness My plan is full-proof, my mom's house is my film studio and my dad's house is my game studio. I want to call my game studio "Cheezy Mac Bowl Playthingz" just for levity, macaroni and cheese is my favorite food (Little-Mister's favorite too, don't forget) and I thought "Playthingz" added a friendlier touch than ...

An Explanation On What Colton Leach Films is

Image
Colton Leach Films is an American independent film studio established in 2022, based in Kentucky. It was my single mother's house, which I converted into a studio. My very first feature film with the label "Colton Leach Films", was Little-Mister's Magnificent School Year, made on a budget of $500, which failed to get picked by a film festival three times, but was screened at Floralee Hark Cohen Cinema in January of 2024 and in my mother's workmate's classroom in May of 2024. I then decided to give my YouTube channel a makeover and create more professional stuff with the same name as my studio. My goal for my flicks is to have them showed to a couple of test audiences first, then try to enter them in film festivals.
